Buying & Selling Virtually

Having been a pioneer of working from sites other than a conventional office since the early 2000's when I started my sales career with TELUS Mobility. My car was my office, a laptop and Sierra 555 Wireless card with a transfer rate of 153 Kbps (early 3G) provided contact to the outside world and a means to have contracts signed electronically. 
When you compare that to today, we are have broadband speeds in the palm of our hands - theoretical speeds of up to 1300+ Mbps; roughly 8,500x  faster than the cards I started out with in 2003. Working from a vehicle or a park bench is not uncommon sight to see. 
While firmly believe it is important to meet in person, I do believe that many unnecessary interactions can be eliminated and replaced with Virtual Meetings. Having had a successful career selling software These meetings save everyone's time, energy and the environment by reducing our reliance on vehicles. 

Virtual Meetings - Making use of the latest technology, I am capable of meeting with Buyers or Sellers 'virtually' anywhere. Our first meeting will be approximately 30 minutes. The purpose of this meeting is to determine your exact requirements, timelines, and expectations. Together we can build a plan of attack. 

Search - Together we will build a custom search for the areas, home styles, and price points that YOU are comfortable with. The moment a property matching YOUR search criteria is loaded into MLS, you will instantly receive a notification email. 

Virtual Tour - Taking advantage of the latest technology, we are able to view 2-3 homes together virtually in the time it would take to normally view a single property. Often, we can quickly determine if a property requires a more in depth viewing. 

Documents - All Documents are available to be signed Electronically. Using your smartphone, these documents can be signed while we discuss them, You can be on your couch, at your office, of even on vacation. 

Deposits - Can be sent to the Brokerage using EFT, Wire, or by courier.

Inspection(s) - Regardless if you wish to be present during the inspection or not, you will be provided with a detailed inspection report along with photos of the subject property. A phone call with the inspector(s) can also be arranged to discuss any areas of concern. 

Closing - Consent for an electronic closing utilizing video conferencing tools and the use of electronic signatures, including having keys left in lockbox with the combination provided only upon a successful closing.
