I have been working remotely since I began my career in sales in the early 2000's. Using my car as an office, as long as I had my laptop, cell phone and internet access I could conduct business virtually anywhere. Although the technology has evolved, my goal has always remained the same - to leverage the tools and technology available to benefit my client and meet their individual needs.
Along with traditional in-person meetings which I truly value, I also use virtual tours, video conferences, paperless contracts and more to get to the job done. I am happy to take you step-by-step through the process of using these tools and provide full support throughout. Time is our most valuable asset - lets work together to make the most of it, stay safe and reduce our environmental impact.
Making use of the latest technology, I am capable of meeting with you “virtually” anywhere. Our first meeting will be approximately 30 minutes. Whether you are selling or buying the purpose of this meeting is to determine your exact requirements, timelines and expectations.
Starting the Search
Together we will build a custom search for the location, style of home and price point that you are comfortable with. The moment a property matching your individual criteria becomes available, we will both instantly receive a notification email.
Taking advantage of the latest technology and respecting your health and safety, we are able to view 2-3 homes using virtual tours in the time it can take to view one home in-person. This allows us to quickly determine if a property is worth visiting, saving you time and money.
All documents can be signed electronically and securely. Using your smartphone, these documents can be signed from any location including your couch, office or even while on vacation.
DepositsDeposits can be sent to the Brokerage using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). They can also be sent by courier or dropped off at the office.
